My Hip Journey Insights from an Orthopedic Therapist on Recovery After Hip Replacement

Recovering from a hip replacement is a journey filled with challenges and milestones. As an orthopedic and sports massage therapist who regularly helps clients through similar recoveries, I am now experiencing this path firsthand.
