Cryotherapy Tip #2 - TheraIce Products
One of the products I found most helpful during my recovery was the TheraIce Pro Pack. It's a multiuse ice pack wrap: TheraICE PROpack – Reusable Gel Ice Pack for Pain Relief This product comes in a variety of sizes.
