Exercise Therapy

From my own personal experience and education, I have confirmed that regular movement is key to our own unique health and wellness requirements. The human body is designed for movement. Without it, our health begins to deteriorate over time, replaced by pain and illness.

In order to help others achieve a better state of health and wellness, free from acute and chronic pain, I’ve added movement-based therapy to the services that I offer.

In order to help clients achieve a more thorough, lasting recovery from pain and injury, I provide specific types of movement-based therapy, designed to be accessible to all levels regardless of age and mobility limitations., targeting specific areas of need.

I teach movement-based classes and practice sessions to improve joint mobility, muscle flexibility and strength in a slow, accessible manner: I am certified to teach these disciplines:


I teach online, in-person and hybrid combinations of both. I offer private and small group sessions.


I teach specific classes at Breathe Together Yoga. These classes are offered in-studio and on Zoom simultaneously.

Thursdays 9:00am – 10:15am Wuji Qigong

Fridays 9:15am – 10:15am Yoga Fusion

Saturdays 7:30am – 8:30am Daoist Yoga
