The Hendrickson Method® (HM) is an advanced system of orthopedic massage and manual therapy that is an efficient and effective treatment for sub-acute, acute and chronic pain by utilizing Wave Mobilization massage techniques, Joint Mobilization dynamic movements, and Muscles Energy Techniques.

Patients experience deep, soothing relief without the pain and discomfort normally associated with traditional deep tissue massage. 30, 60, 90 and 120-minute sessions available.

The Functional Movement Therapy program is an extension of the Orthopedic Massage and Manual Therapy program. Functional Movement Therapy is a revolutionary way of thinking about how we move and how we injure.

I integrate innovative mobility, stability strategies and specific techniques, along with a movement-based, practical kinesiology taping framework – to deliver RESULTS.

Movement Based Therapy is an extension of both the Orthopedic Massage & Manual Therapy and Functional Movement Therapy programs. This program utilizes specific types of movement and exercise to strengthen the body and mind, increase stability and flexibility, while reducing vulnerabilities to common injuries.

Currently, I offer classes both in-person and online that include Qigong, Yoga and Tai Chi, available to all levels of fitness and mobility. The classes are designed to accommodate everyone, regardless of their physical limitations, to improve overall health and quality of life.

Corrective exercise therapy is a type of physical therapy that is used to improve posture, balance, and coordination. It is often recommended for people who have experienced pain or injuries, or who have poor body mechanics. It includes a systematic process of identifying movement dysfunction, developing a plan of action, and implementing an integrated corrective strategy. To put it simply: corrective exercise is designed to help people move well!
