Returns

• You can return most new, unused items within 14 days of receiving your order for a refund or store credit.
• Items must be in their original condition and unopened packaging.
• Please include your order number or receipt so we can help you quickly.

What Can’t Be Returned

Because we’re a small shop, a few items are final sale and can’t be returned:

• Personalized or custom-made items
• Perishable goods
• Sale or clearance items

How to Return

• Email us at returns@recoveryzone.care with your order number and reason for the return.
• We’ll send you simple return instructions.
• Pack the item safely and ship it back to us.

Shipping

• Customers cover return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or we made a mistake.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

• Once your return arrives, we’ll inspect it and process your refund or store credit within 5 business days.
• Refunds go back to your original payment method.

We pack each order with care and send it off as quickly as possible — because we know you’re excited to receive it!

• If you’re nearby, we offer free local pickup — just select Local Pickup at checkout, and we’ll email you to arrange a time.
